The NOAAA is the annual search of the National Organic Agriculture Program (NOAP) for outstanding LGUs, focal persons, AEWs, farmers’ organizations, small farmers and farming families who have shown support and have given exemplary contributions toward the implementation of RA 10068 and in achieving the Program’s goals. 

The nominees are validated through their submitted portfolio containing the documents required for qualification and through the field validation conducted by the NTSC members.

This year, the members of the National Technical Search Committee (NTSC) members conducted the Field Validation on the month of September and October in the various regions alongside with the NOAP-NPCO representatives. The NTSC was divided into three (3) teams which were consisted of the different partner agencies and bureaus of the Program.
